Made for Me and You
Looking bright in gold and black, Okemah introduces you to it's brand new identity! Focused on the community and its narrative, the city's logo tells a story of diversity, endurance, and progression. It includes an arrowhead with stripes that emphasizes the survivor and warrior spirits of the Muscogee Creek heritage, as well as the uniqueness each individual brings to the community. Lastly, we couldn't forget to include the one and only Woody Guthrie, who hails from Okemah! The logo is followed by his famous words, this land was "made for you and me" to create an inviting image.
